Your body. Your goals. Your practice.
Private sessions give you the personalized attention that isn’t always possible in a group class. Together, we’ll create a practice that meets you exactly where you are and supports what you need most right now.
Sessions may focus on:
Each session may incorporate yoga, somatic movement, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness, depending on your individual needs and intentions.
Whether you’re new to yoga, working through an injury, an experienced practitioner wanting to refine your practice, or simply craving some dedicated time for yourself, private sessions allow us to go deeper and work at your pace.
Virtual and in-person sessions available.
Single sessions and discounted multi-session packages available.

Bring your people. Deepen your practice.
Gather 1–3 friends, family members, or workout partners for a personalized yoga experience designed around your group.
Small-group sessions offer the best of both worlds: the connection and energy of practicing together with the individualized attention of a private session.
We can tailor each class to your group’s goals, experience, and interests—from building strength and mobility to refining alignment, deepening poses, learning new skills, or simply creating space to slow down and reconnect.
Small groups are also a wonderful way to build confidence, consistency, and accountability while having fun with people you enjoy.
Single sessions and discounted multi-session packages available.

Celebrate, connect, and move together.
Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, gathering your favorite people, hosting a girls’ day, or building connection within your team, a private yoga experience is a beautiful way to make your event feel intentional and memorable.
Your class is completely customized to your group and the energy you want to create. We’ll blend yoga flow, meditation, breathwork, and a curated playlist to create an experience that feels just right for your occasion.
And because it’s the little things that make an experience special, thoughtful touches like lavender eye masks and inspirational cards are included to help your guests feel cared for, grounded, and inspired.
Perfect for:
Private parties available virtually or in person.
Custom pricing based on group size, location, and experience.

What if you could create more JOY, live with greater authenticity, and feel more content in the life you’re already living?
This immersive 3-hour workshop takes three powerful principles from yoga and brings them off the mat and into real life.
Through movement, meditation, journaling, reflection, and meaningful conversation, we’ll explore three skills that have profoundly changed the way I navigate my own relationships, career, health, challenges, and everyday life.
Notice yourself without judgment.
Svadhyaya invites us to become curious about our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns. When we learn to observe ourselves honestly, we create the space to choose what serves us rather than simply repeating what’s familiar.
Through meditation and journaling, we’ll explore:
What is really going on beneath the surface? What stories am I carrying? And what might I be ready to see differently?
Cultivate the opposite.
Tapas is the willingness to step outside our habitual patterns and practice something different—even when it feels uncomfortable.
If your instinct is to withdraw, can you practice connection?
If you tend to criticize yourself, can you practice compassion?
If you avoid what feels hard, can you take one brave step toward it?
Tapas teaches us that we don't have to be controlled by our automatic responses. We can practice becoming the person we want to be.
Release the need to control the outcome.
We can do our part without carrying the weight of everything that happens next.
This practice invites us to surrender what isn't ours to control, loosen our grip on expectations, and trust ourselves enough to meet life as it unfolds.
Sometimes creating more space for joy isn't about doing more.
It's about letting go of what was never ours to carry.
Throughout the workshop, these three practices are paired with meditation, journaling, movement, and reflection to help you uncover unhelpful patterns, create new possibilities, and make space for a more intentional way of living.
You'll leave with practical tools you can use in your:
Relationships • Career • Health • Leadership • Stress • Personal Growth • Everyday Life
We’ll close with a deeply restorative, yin-inspired movement practice and breathwork to release tension, settle the nervous system, and refresh the body and mind.
Come make a little more space for the more YOU version of you.
No previous yoga or meditation experience necessary.
Perfect for corporations, teams, women's groups, retreats, and community organizations.

Yoga does things for my mind and body that other forms of fitness can't. Don't get me wrong, I love all things related to exercise, and have been in the fitness industry since 2011, but yoga arrived in my life when I needed it most.
In 2020, the world was chaotic. I needed to release emotions in a healthy way and found myself intuitively doing somatic therapy as I flowed through asanas in my bedroom late at night. At the time, I didn't know exactly what I was doing because I had only attended a few yoga classes, but I knew that I felt capable, happy, and refreshed when I was done.
Then, undeniable inspiration came to me that said, "you need to teach yoga and lead yoga hike retreats around the world."
That year I got certified to teach and have taught in community classes, high school sports teams, Armed Special Forces, global women's retreats in 9 countries, private sessions, and various studios Vinyasa, Yin, Somatic, and Stability yoga.
My unique style combines my years of fitness and ancient yoga asanas to create flows that make you feel strong, graceful, vibrant, and calm. I lead with heart and incorporate dialogue and cueing that encourages body love and self-acceptance. You will be stretched, strengthened, and find balance that leaves you feeling empowered, both on and off the mat.
