Healing can only occur when you feel safe, so establishing trust by aligning your goals with my services is essential. We begin every session with figuring out a specific point of focus together, so you get the most out of your investment.
As difficult topics come up, we will turn the attention to what is happening within the body, finding a profound connection of physical sensations to cognitive and emotional experiences. Identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck or causing pain.
Nervous system regulation is vital to every session; followed by a combination of breathing techniques, sound, visualization, yoga, somatic exercises, and intuitive movement to move energy around, release emotions, anxiety, stress, tension and cultivate joy, confidence, and calm.
Learning new ways of thinking and acting in everyday life is what will create the lasting change that you crave. The skills aren't difficult, but they may feel unfamiliar at first so we will spend time mastering them together.
Having practices to use in your daily life is crucial to making progress on your journey, so I will provide you with specific things to focus on between our meetings.
