Requested… AGAIN… so we are doing this one more time.
Our 3rd annual ARIZONA 4 day / 3 night yoga hike retreat!!! Where we focus on relaxation, play, exploration, mindfulness and adventure in the beautiful Arizona Desert!!
The goal of this weekend is to simply enjoy yourself, find a deeper love and appreciation for your body, tap into that happy, curious side of you, and to make wonderful memories with new friends.
WHERE WE WILL BE
Located in the vibrant city of Phoenix, Arizona, our retreat offers a peaceful oasis where you can escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Surrounded by the stunning Sonoran Desert, our location provides a picturesque backdrop for your yoga and meditation practice. Our retreat center is designed to provide a harmonious blend of relaxation, rejuvenation, and personal growth.
WHAT WE WILL DO
* 3 morning power yoga sessions
* 2 evening relaxation yoga sessions
* daily meditation & mindfulness coaching with time for journaling and reflection
* 2 meals + snacks a day
* You will be in charge of one meal a day when we are out exploring the Phoenix or Sedona areas. Cost depends on what you get.
* 3 hikes ( 2 in Phoenix. One is Sedona)
* Relaxing by the Pool & in the Hot Tub at the house
* A GNO in Scottsdale (for those that WANT to dress up & let their hair down. Totally optional.)
* Daily free time to socialize, take a nap, explore the area, use the amenities at the house, or do whatever … (just don’t use it to work. This is your break).
* 60 minute massage (for additional fee)
* lodging for 4 days + 3 nights
* 1:1 mindset coaching or yoga guidance if you’d like
PRICING
The cost will depend on the room you choose so please review the various options below. The home is called Blisstopia Retreats in Peoria if you want to check it out.
Room 1: ground floor
En-suite bathroom
2 sets of single bunk beds: $700pp
Room 2: second floor
Shared bathroom
2 sets of bunk beds
Top bunks are single beds - $700pp
Bottom bunks are double beds - $850pp
Room 3: second floor
Shared bathroom
2 sets of bunk beds
Top bunks are single beds - $700pp
Bottom bunks are double beds - $850pp
Room 4: top floor
En-suite bathroom, walk out balcony, spa-like bathroom with an incredible shower that has multiplier shower heads in the wall.
Day bed - $800pp
2 king beds $1100 each or share a bed with a friend for $650pp
A discount of $100 is given to those that are Be Brave ALUMNI. This discount is good one time in an annual year.
A discount of $100 will be given if you refer a friend and they attend as well.
ONLY ONE discount be applied per retreat.
Payment plans are available. 50% down will reserve your spot and the remaining 50% will be due no later than December 1, 2023. I accept VENMO, PAYPAL, or ZELLE. All payments are non-refundable but you can transfer your spot to someone else and they can pay you directly if you end up not being able to attend.
