My favorite quote is "The best is still to come!!" Which may surprise a lot of people after learning about some of the trials I have overcome (abandonment, addiction, abuse), but I truly believe it because I am BRAVE ENOUGH to create it!

I owe a lot to Jesus and discovering the art of SELF MASTERY. These skills have helped me break unhelpful patterns, fill my own cup, and let go of anything that doesn't serve me.
I feel HAPPIER and like the Empowered Designer of my life, instead of a victim that is surviving the day.
Now, I passionately teach it others.

Our yoga meditation retreats are designed to offer focused and immersive experiences in practicing yoga, meditation, mindfulness workshops, and adventure in gorgeous settings around the world to promote relaxation, cultivate joy, encourage self-discovery, and experience physical and mental rejuvenation.
Our in-person yoga classes offer gatherings at a specific location, such as a studio or gym, to engage in guided yoga sessions, allowing for real-time interaction, personalized guidance, and a shared experience of practicing yoga postures, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques.
I help over-comers discover authentic joy, confidence, and wholeness within by combining the healing powers of talk and movement therapy . Releasing negative energy, stored emotions, and limiting beliefs, so embrace main character energy of your life story: happy, healthy, vibrant, whole.
