Our retreats are designed to offer focused and immersive experiences in practicing yoga, meditation, and holistic well-being, often in a tranquil and natural setting, to promote relaxation, self-discovery, and overall physical and mental rejuvenation.
Our virtual fit club is an online community where individuals participate in fitness classes, workouts, and wellness activities remotely, connecting through digital means in exercises, share progress, and receive guidance, fostering a sense of collective motivation and support.
Our in-person yoga classes offer gatherings at a specific location, such as a studio or gym, to engage in guided yoga sessions, allowing for real-time interaction, personalized guidance, and a shared experience of practicing yoga postures, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques.
With a purpose of inspiring others to Be Brave in facing challenges of life ,we aim to raise awareness, and motivate individuals to take action or become more engaged in local concerns, ultimately fostering a sense of unity and empowerment within the community, and within themselves.

We NEED EACH OTHER. Part of our deep-rooted humanness is a need to belong to somewhere or to someone. I want you to know that YOU BELONG HERE… even if you think you don't. When we think about it, we are all very similar. We crave being loved, valued, important, cared for, and appreciated. Life is BETTER when we have people to do it with,

When we think about it, we are all very similar. We crave being loved, valued, important, cared for, and appreciated. Life is BETTER when we have people to do it with, so let’s do it together. Find like-minded friends in our virtual fit club or at a yoga retreat. But if you decide not to join those, I hope that we will find something in common through the stories, adventures, tips and whatever I share here on my site. Some of it will be light-hearted & fun, but some of it will be the really hard things that I’ve walked through in my life. I made a pact with God that if He helps me through things, I will continue to share my story in hopes that it reaches whomever may need it. It's takes bravery to keep showing up, but we've got this!
